The beginning of manufacturing custom-made furniture is the development of its project with the participation of a furniture designer, followed by visualization, taking into account each type of wood and indicating all the defining dimensions.
A visualization of each piece of furniture is transferred to the customer for approval, and the customer is recommended to pay attention to all the main details of the furniture, including the layout of the interior space. After approval of the project and design of each piece of furniture by the customer, the project is transferred to designers and technologists for the development of design documentation.
Further, according to the technology, furniture craftsmen begin the manufacturing process in accordance with the design drawings of furniture parts and elements, while rough processing can be carried out on furniture processing centers. After manufacturing, the parts are sent for designer finishing followed by assembly.
