Production is carried out using two technologies, resulting in two types of solid or glued solid wood.
Solid – solid solid wood, boards and beams.
Glued array – glued fragments, consisting of several elements.
These types are made of wood, are environmentally friendly, only glued ones contain glue, and they have high mechanical strength. Based on the circumstances of use, you can determine which type is right for you.
You can buy a wooden cabinet with a different color or coat it with a colorless solution to preserve its uniqueness. For treatment, water and dirt-repellent impregnations are used, in parallel there is protection against fungus, special varnishes against scratches and damage, various paints, oils protect against fungus and moisture, wax to give a velvety and matte finish.
Tree species and their characteristics
Solid walnut – Clear lines separate the sapwood from the core, which can have red flecks, but in most cases is gray. The kernel itself is dark in color with gray or brown tints. The finished material is of moderate density, flexible, plastic.
The main difference between solid oak is its texture, as the wood fibers are clearly visible, and the color is various shades of yellow-brown. Reliability and strength are the main advantage of solid oak.
Solid types of solid wood – such as ebony, red, and black wood – are the most exquisite. Connoisseurs of things that last for centuries use them to make interior items that are distinguished by exclusivity.
